You wanne exclude people from playing certain areas in the game again? On top of that you wanne tie pve areas of the game to pvp play again? I can't support that.

Also:
- people can just change district if the server system as we know it now stays intact
- scrolls (don't want to see things like:' WTS UW scroll: 8K')
- USA servers are way more populated nowadays, people would migrate even more if the old system got back. Which leaves no interesting competition between the continents.
- pve players that win halls 5 times in a row, you must be joking.

People asked and waited for two years to get the old system to change, can't believe you're actually wanting it back. What's your hidden agenda?

If you don't like the current system, at least make an effort to come up with something better, not a worse idea from the past.

People still do DoA. (Which amazes me because everything there sucks).

People do UW and FoW. (because Obi armor is relevant for your HoM)

People do Urgoz. (because they are bored or need a trip back in time)

People do the Deep. (because it takes thirty minutes and they are bored)

Keep the favor the way it is. I like being able to go into UW or FoW whenever I want. They are the only areas I really play anymore. The game is beyond boring to me now.

Not happening. Maybe the time is ridiculous yes but its not frustrating to get in fow and uw like it used to be, why do I have to wait for a territory to win favor back. As a pvper probably you don't give a damn about the time the fow/uw players have to wait with the old system.

You speak about how you got your armor so expensive, so did I back in 2005 for my necro's fow. You mention tormented weapons I got 4 of those at 100k+45ectos each, something I was proud of at that time. Prices go up and down all the time but isn't that how real life works too?

You speak of PvE'rs branch to PvP, who are you to decide which side players have to play? Not everyone likes to PvP.

You speak of DoA, then what are these Dots on the radar? Bots? Holograms created by the game to make the area look populated? I'm sure the pic speaks for itself.

Territory crossing 24/7 (current system) Why should this change? Changing territories whenever players want opens chances to make new friends and play with players around the world, International districts yes players can use these to meet from different territories, but let me ask you this: how much of the population actually uses these?

Separation between the 2 sides should have been there since the beginning, But everyone makes mistakes so its understandable and now Anet are fixing it, which I think it's the right thing to do.

Just a quick reminder about toa back in the old favor system, I don't want to see the message: F*** Europe in american dists or F*** America in european dists. That's like racism to me.

That wouldn't stop people farming them, it would just make it more difficult for the average person to get them. Yes it would raise the prices, but how is that right, so the farmers make more money farming?

PvP should not determine PvE.

I was for a change when it was the old way and a lot of the arguments to change it then are now being used to try to get it back. Lame.

The bigger the seperation between PvP and PvE, the better. You guys can go flash your cute little animal emotes and wave your epeens at each other. I for one want no part of it, and the idea of PvE *anything* relying on PvP is really broken.

Better idea....get rid of favor. Period.

when you are running pretty much perma-favor, anyway, why not just skip the pretense and leave the areas open for whoever has the dosh to get in?

Barring that..../notsigned

When in halls, I fight for myself, and fame. Not my realm. If euro happened to get favour, that was just a coincidence. So I don't pvp for favour. When I pve'd and favour ran out, I didn't up and decide to HA so I could get favour back to go to the UW/FoW. And I don't know of any who did. So I don't think you can say that tying favour to holding halls will get people to pvp.

Plus it used to be pretty lopsided. Euro and the US pretty much held the keys to the realms (well, more euro than US) and all the smaller realms pretty much didn't get a look in. So I reckon the new system is much fairer access wise.

Also, yeah, we got a ton of favour now, thanks to double points weekends, but that won't be forever. If anything, the problem with the current system is less hours in the long term rather than too many in the short term. Eventually everyone who can be bothered maxing a title will have done so (and I'm certainly stopping once I've done my main) and the hours will fall. You may end up one day with no favour at all once GW2 comes out as well.

You're seriously whining about having favor all the time?

God forbid that enough people in your guild get online to do ursanless FoW/UW and can do it at your convenience!

I mean, heck, why don't we just base things in real life off of territorial favor. Let's go to war with europe/japan and have that determine when our hospitals and supermarkets are open. Oh wait.....THAT'S A TERRIBLE IDEA! So is yours.

If you really care about FoW/UW use the entry scrolls, they are not that hard to get.

If PvP can't attract new players don't make the rest of use suffer under a minority rule again.
